The Outrigger CondominiumsAll of the Outrigger condominiums include full kitchen facilities which allow you to do pretty much the things we locals would do… like preparing exciting meals on your own… whenever you want… with what you want! And since many feature one- and two-bedroom units, you could accommodate more travelers per unit compared to trying to house your entourage with hotel rooms. Because of the lower costs, Hawaii vacation rental condos aren’t advertised as aggressively as their hotel counterparts so you will have to search a little harder and scrutinize the property and amenities descriptions a bit more carefully. The reason I recommend the Outrigger Condominiums is simply because they're all quality locations and will not disappoint. Outrigger Condominiums on Oahu: This one's a classic... right on Waikiki Beach (Grab it if it's available since this is the only condo on Waikiki Beach and goes fast!). Steps away from Waikiki Beach and on the main drag of Kalakaua Avenue. If you like being in the "center of it all" this condo will put you there! Outrigger Condominiums on Maui: Whenever we travel to Maui, most of our time is spent in Lahaina, the old whaling town. Here's a place where you can stay just steps away from Lahaina's Front Street, the town's main thoroughfare to activities like fishing, boat excursions, shops, entertainment, and dining! Here's a taste of resort living and having the beach, golf, tennis, and shopping, and dining all within close reach to your island "home"! One of our favorite spots on Maui is the Kaanapali beach area... here's a chance to live there for a spell and find out why Maui is one of Hawaii's prime destinations! Even if you don't have kids, you'll feel like one again with the amenities that make for a vacation get-away. Check it out! Kauai's east side is the location for it's famed Fern Grotto, Wailua River & Falls, the town of Kapaa, and some of the most beautiful stretches of coastline you'll find anywhere. Check out these condos to put you right in the center of this popular area... right on the beach! My wife, Dawn, is from Kohala and understandably we share a biased view of the Kohala Coast! The Waikoloa Beach Resort, along with all of the resorts along this dramatic lava rock coastline, are the places that we get most excited about for vacations. These condos will put you in an area that's so characteristic of old Hawaii (except for the posh surroundings and amenities that you can't help but love!). I know you will like it here as will anyone accompanying you. Most visitors to the Big Island are trying to make sure their route includes stopping and spending some quality time in the Keauhou Bay area... you "live" there, right on the lava coastline in one of these wonderful condos complete with the sound of waves and light ocean breezes.
